InCo Podcast Review

Summary: A wandering information saves a life, and learns that no good deed goes unpunished.

Genre/Tag: Scifi, Comedy

InCo’s average episode is about 10 minutes long, and somehow manages to fit in some top-notch banter, fantastic worldbuilding, and an intriguing plotline! What an overachiever.

The story follows Nova, whose job is to know things, bumping into things she doesn’t know because unfortunately, she’s good enough at learning things to uncover some messy messy government secrets.

There’s also Hatov, the prince of a land that no one knows exists, who’s very annoyed that he owes Nova his life. Of all the people in the world, why did it have to be someone who doesn’t believe in the divine rights of monarchy? He’s handling his change in station with all the grace of a Kardashian trying to cut a cucumber, and providing us with some good serotonin as he gives Nova more gray hairs than he’s worth. And of course, Sawa, the AI, is having a great time learning the difference between the word of law vs. the spirit of the law.

If you’re looking for some good comedy, space-wanderer vibes, and a prince dipping his toes in anarchy, then this podcast is for you.

As a bonus, the website for this podcast has all the worldbuilding and character details laid out so if you’re like me and sometimes need a hand connecting the dots, it’s all there. Even if you don’t, it’s an entertaining read and a good way to catch up if it’s been a while since your last listen.
